Vipers SC have expressed their interest in BUL FC central defender Ronald Otti, Swift Sports Uganda understands.
Otti’s current employment contract at BUL FC will expire next month.
The central defender joined the Eastern Giants in 2022 during Alex Isabirye Musongola’s tenure on a two year deal from Mbarara City.
This website understands that Otti is in negotiations with Vipers SC for a possible transfer.
Last season, Otti played 20 league games for BUL FC scoring once and also managed one assist as they finished second on the table with 56 points.
He was named man of the match on three occasions. Against KCCA at Lugogo, Vipers at Kitende and SC Villa at Wankulukuku.
Before joining, BUL FC Otti spent three and half years at Mbarara city having joined them in January of 2019 from lower division side Nangabo Green Valley Football club.
Vipers want to boost their defence that has Hillary Mukundane, Rogers Torach, Livingstone Mulondo while Murushid Juuko is expected to leave.
The Venoms finished third on the Uganda Premier league table in the just concluded season with 56 points. They are ended trophyless for the first time since 2018/19 season.
