Haruna Kyobe, one of the directors at six time Uganda Premier league champions Vipers SC has revealed that the top hierarchy at the club does not get involved in the team selection.
While appearing on YouTube Channel Vybe Life, Kyobe stated that in case the bosses name a starting eleven for a coach then that’s the weakness of the coach
“We don’t involve ourselves into the selection of the starting line up at Vipers as administrators. It’s the responsibility of the coach to name the line up at Vipers. In case the administrators name a line for a coach then that shows the weakness of that coach because it’s always the coaches who conduct training sessions and are answerable for the team’s results. If someone tells a coach to name a particular player and he does it then the team loses the match that’s his weakness.” Said Kyobe while on Vybe Life Uganda

Kyobe also stated that the changes in the coaching staff and the deep in form of key players affected the club’s performances last season.
Vipers SC finished third on the Uganda Premier league table as they were dethroned by SC Villa to the title.
