Kitara FC have rewarded striker Jude Semugabi with a new one year employment contract, Swift Sports Uganda understands.
Semugabi joined the Brian Ssenyondo coached side at the start of last season on a one year contract which expired at the end of the same campaign.
He has now extended his stay at the Hoima based side for another year.
Before joining the Stanbic Uganda Cup winners, Semugabi previously featured for Kiboga Young and Mbarara City FC.
He also played for Ssingo in the Prestigious Buganda Masaza Cup helping them to the 2018 triumph after emerging as the top scorer with 8 goals.
Kitara have already boosted their squad with the acquisition of BUL FC defender Ronald Otti and have also agreed terms with Maroons duo of David Ndihabwe and Fred Amaku.
Ssenyondo’s side will be representing Uganda at next season’s CAF Confederation Cup following their Stanbic Uganda Cup triumph over NEC FC.
