Uganda Premier league side NEC FC are to part ways with nine players this transfer window.
Six players have had their employment contracts at the club expire these are Brian Kayanja, Ssempa Hamza, Acire John Paul, Ssesazi Suleiman, Mubutu Garvin and Kiberu Tonny.
Asiimwe Innocent, Okiria Micheal and Kyeyune Tevin have had their employment contracts terminated by the club.
NEC FC have been busy this transfer window having added new recruits to their books who include striker Dickson Niwamanya, veteran midfielder Muzamir Mutyaba, Goalkeeper Hannington Ssebwalunyo, Amir Kakomo, Patrick Bayiga, Jacob Okao, Isma Kawawulo among others.
The Hussein Mbalangu coached side also boosted their technical staff with the appointment of former Express FC head coach James Odoch as assistant coach.
Last season, NEC FC finished sixth in their maiden Uganda Premier league and were also runners up in the Stanbic Uganda Cup.
