Ssematimba seals move to Kitara FC

Uganda Cup winners Kitara FC have completed the signing of offensive midfielder Titus Ssematimba.

As earlier reported by this website, Ssematimba has joined Kitara on a one year employment contract.

“I am excited and already feel welcome here. I’m keen to write a new chapter with Kitara and I hope it will be a good experience.
I want to give his very best, better myself as a player and help my new team win games and more silverware.” Ssematimba told the club website

Sematimba has been a free after his employment contract with Wakiso Giants expired at the end of last season. He joined Wakiso Giants from Black Star Masanafu FC in 2021.

He spent the closing half of the previous season at UAE club Al Dahra on loan from the Purple Sharks.

Kitara have already signed former Maroons FC duo of captain David Ndihabwe and Fred Amaku, defender Ronald Otti among others.
