New league entrants Mbale Heroes have completed the double signing of Sulaiman Oscar Ssesaazi and Tony David Kiberu, Swift Sports understands.
Both players have been free agents after parting ways with NEC FC following the expiration of their contracts.
Both players have signed contracts of one year each with the Mbale based club.
The duo played an integral role as NEC FC secured promotion to the Uganda Premier League from the Big League a season ago.
Ssesaazi is a former captain of Bulemeezi Ssaza team who can ably play as a midfielder but also as a defender.
Kiberu is a striker who had limited playing time last season despite his impressive scoring form during the Big League.
Kiberu only made six appearances last season and scored one goal which came in the defeat to Express FC at Lugogo.
As earlier reported by this website, Mbale Heroes also signed right-back Sula Mpanga and forward Umar Kyebatala as free agents from Maroons FC.
