Saidi Kyeyune leaves URA FC

Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club (URA FC) have confirmed the departure of their long servant Saidi Kyeyune.

“As Kyeyune embarks on a new chapter in his career, URA FC extends their heartfelt gratitude and best wishes for his future endeavors.” Read a brief statement from the club

Kyeyune’s three year employment contract at the Revenue collectors expired at the end of last season.

He had rejoined the club in 2021 after a short spell at Sudanese giants El Merriekh FC.

Kyeyune first joined URA FC in 2011 from Maroons FC and has also previously featured for Proline FC.

He joins other departures at the club who include defender Najib Fesali, Viane Ssekajugo, Eric Ssenjobe and Ibrahim Dada and goalkeeper Samuel Mwaka.

The club has also been boosted by the arrivals of goalkeepers Derrick Ochan and Abdul Magada, midfielder Ibrahim Kazindula, Amuli Mukasa and defender Bright Vuni.
