Kenya Premier league side Tusker FC are interested in signing former Wakiso Giants left back George Kaddu.
Kaddu is currently a free agent following expiration of his employment contract at Wakiso Giants where he had spent the previous three seasons.
The left back and Kenya’s Tusker are believed to be in advanced stages for a possible transfer this window.
Kaddu previously played for Kiyinda Boys FC in the Buganda Regional League.
In 2019, he featured for Ssingo in the prestigious Buganda Masaza Cup tournament before crossing to Gomba where he won the 2020 championship.
He scored in Gomba’s 3-1 victory over Buddu in the final that was played at St Mary’s Stadium.
Meanwhile, Tusker will play friendly games with three Uganda Premier league sides in preparation for the 2024)25 season.
They will face NEC FC, Kitara FC and Lugazi FC.
Their first game in Uganda will be against NEC FC on August 4th at MTN Omondi Stadium before facing off with Kitara FC and Lugazi on 7th and 10th of the same month respectively.
