Buwekula technical director Ibrahim Kirya had to be taken to hospital after reportedly being hit with a stone by Mawogola fan in the game that was played on Sunday.
The Muganzirwaza Group game was abandoned after invasion from Mawogola fans in the second half.
The fans invaded the pitch citing poor refeering decisions.
Buwekula was leading 1-0 before the game was halted by the chaos in the second period.
Buwekula player Fahad Aniku was the other injured during the skirmishes.
The Buganda Masaza Cup organizing Committee is yet to release a statement regarding ugly scenes.
Following the incidents, Mawogola Ssaza team manager Katerega Uthuman Mwanadamu has resigned from his role citing poor refeering.
“I am officially resigning as a Team Manager Mawogola Ssaza Football Club. This is due poor refereeing system that we have always complained about with little help from the Masaza Cup organizing committee.”

Kateregga has handed over leadership to his Vice, Iddi Semata. However the Masaza Cup organizing committee is expected to release a statement over the incidents.
