Robert Ssewanyana scored the only goal for Buluuli and it was his sixth goal of the tournament.
Butambala’s Walugembe was named man of the match.
Despite defeat, Buluuli maintain their position on top of Bulange Group with 13 points while Butambala move to nine points.
