Allan Kyambadde, Herbert Bockhorn, Mubiru Uche, Moses Opondo, and Herbert Ssewankambo are not part of the named squad due to respective injuries.

Defenders Halid Lwaliwa and Kenneth Semakula will not play the first game against South Africa due to visa issues.

Both players will however be available for the second game against Congo Brazzaville in Namboole.
