Express FC have confirmed the signing of experienced midfielder Saidi Kyeyune on an undisclosed contract length.
Kyeyune has been a free agent since last month after parting ways with URA FC when his contract officially expired.
Kyeyune comes to Express shortly after the departure of Ramsey Kawooya who joined BUL FC, as earlier revealed by this website.
He is expected to provide experience and leadership in the seemingly youthful Express FC squad in the forthcoming season.
Kyeyune has previously played for the national team The Cranes, Maroons FC, Proline and URA FC for the better part of his career as well as Sudanese giants El Merreikh.
New signings Emmanuel Alex Wasswa and Daniel Shabena are other experienced options in the Express FC midfield.
The Red Eagles will be hosting their league games at the refurbished Nakivubo Stadium next season.
