South Africa national team head coach Hugo Broos has named the final squad for the forthcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Bafana will kickoff their AFCON qualification campaign at home against Uganda at Orlando Stadium on 6 September before traveling to South Sudan four days later.
The 1996 African champions will be without their captain and goalkeeper Ronwen Williams who is still recovering from a shoulder surgery.
Attacker Percy Tau is the other notable absentee for the games against Uganda and South Sudan.
The Belgian tactician has however named Sipho Chaine, debutants Fawaaz Basadien, Thalente Mbatha, and Rushwin Dortley in his final 23-man squad.
Lyle Foster, Thapelo Morena, Grant Kekena, and Themba Zwane are all part of the named final squad.
