Wakiso Giants on the other hand were unbeaten under new head coach Steven Bengo.

They had won two and drawn once in their opening three games since Bengo took over helms.

Their unbeaten start was ended by a Samuel Ssekamatte second half penalty after Wakiso’s Musa Ssegujja had fouled Christopher Kawagu in the forbidden area in the 57th minute.

David Bagoole twice came close to levelling matters for the army side but was denied by custodian Richard Anyama on both occasions.

Kiwanuka’s side cruised to maximum points and are currently fourth on the table with seven points. They will next face KCCA FC at MTN Omondi Stadium on Saturday, 19th October after the international break.
