Buganda Region Football Association (BRFA) has confirmed the date for the kick off of the 2024-25 Buganda Regional League.
The announcement was made by the Region CEO Eng. Brian Ssejjemba in a meeting with the chairpersons and CEO,
“The Buganda Regional League 2024-25 Season is tentatively expected to kick off on Wednesday 23rd-October. We anticipate a more organised season, We have heard all your concerns and promise to handle accordingly.”
Andrew Kaweesa the chairman Buganda Region chairman appreciated all the stakeholders for investing in the game,
“I will not get tired of appreciating you for investing in the game.”
“Thank you for walking this journey with with us if we look back from where we started we can not fail to thank God.”
“I urgue all football stakeholders to enroll for football courses because it’s the only way to go.”
26 teams will take part in this year’s 2024-25 Buganda Regional League debutants Masaka Sunshine FC and Nantabulirwa FC will play in Katonga and Ssezibwa groups respectively.
Relegated Kyetume FC will play in Ssezibwa Group.
