Wasswa Bbosa replaces Ssenyondo as new Kitara FC coach
Kitara FC have appointed Wasswa Bbosa as their new head coach following the departure of Brian Ssenyondo.
Ssenyondo was relieved of his coaching duties at Kitara on Sunday following a poor start to the new season.
Bbosa who has been a free agent since the end of last season, has finally reached a compromise with Kitara following a series of negotiations, Swift Sports understands.
George William Lutalo will be Bbosa’s assistant together with Ayub Balyejusa while Richard Kansole will be the new goalkeeping coach.
The trio of Bbosa, Lutalo and Balyejusa previously worked together at Gaddafi FC two seasons ago before Lutalo was lured by Kitara to deputize Sam Ssimbwa.
Until yesterday, Lutalo has been the head coach of FUFA Big League side Buhimba Saints United since the start of the season.
Bbosa is tasked with turning the Kitara fortunes around and ultimately compete for the league title which has been the club’s target this season.
His immediate task will be an away game against Alex Isabirye’s URA FC on Wednesday 30th October at the Nakivubo Stadium.
