KCCA FC stuttered to a 1-1 draw away to Lugazi FC on Saturday during their matchday ten contest at Najjembe.
The result sees Abdullah Mubiru coached side hit with another drop of points in their title charge this term and now need to heal.
Before Saturday, the Lugogo based side had dropped points away to Vipers SC in the 1-1 stalemate at Kitende and a 1-0 defeat against NEC FC.
Sadat Anaku put the visitors ahead early in the second period before Derrick Mwanje restored parity for the home side.
The visitors were the dominant side in the goalless first half.
Three minutes after the recess, Anaku fired the 13 time league champions into a deserved lead for his second goal of the season after being fed by Usama Arafat.
With 12 minutes to regulation time, Mwanje levelled matters for Lugazi FC to earn them a priceless point.
KCCA FC are now winless in three games while Lugazi are unbeaten since they part ways with Sadiq Sempigi.
Mubiru’s men remain third placed with 19 points and will next host embattled Wakiso Giants.
Lugazi are 12th on 10 points and will next visit SC Villa at Muteesa II Stadium on 6th December.
