Uganda Premier League side Kitara FC will play an international friendly against Kenyan champions Gor Mahia on Thursday January 2nd 2025.

The game will be played at the grand opening of The Siaya County Stadium in Western Kenya.

The Siaya County Stadium which has a capacity of 20,000, is expected to be opened by Kenyan President William Ruto alongside Ugandan president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
