Egyptian side Cleopatra Ceramica FC has expressed interest in signing former SC Striker Charles Bbaale, according to Nerve Africa.
Bbaale is currently a free agent after his departure at Rwanda Premier League side Rayon Sports in this transfer window.
The latest indicates that the Egyptian Premier league side has tabled a two year employment contract for the striker who spent one and half seasons at Rayon Sports.
He joined Rayon Sports at the start of the 2023/24 season following expiration of contract at record Uganda Premier league champions SC Villa.
Bbaale will be remembered for guiding Rayon Sports to the 2023 FERWAFA Super Cup victory as the Gikundiro beat rivals APR FC 3-0.
Bbaale has been sparingly utilized this season under coach Robertinho and consequently spent the closing stages of the first round in Kampala.
This term, Bbaale has managed two league goals against Gasogi United and Musanze FC.
