Police FC have completed the signing striker Emmanuel Peter Loki from KCCA FC.
The South Sudanese international last played for KCCA FC last season.
Loki reunites with coach Simon Peter Mugerwa who previously coached at Buddo SS, Soltilo Bright Stars and Bulemeezi in the Masaza Cup.
Police FC are expected to lose their lead striker Isaac Ogwang who is bound to join Vipers SC before the transfer window closes.
Loki is expected to add firepower to the Police attacking force that has heavily relied on Ogwang.
Police FC have already lost defenders Denis Iguma and Martin Owalamu to Tusker and Mbarara City respectively.
The Cops are 10th on the UPL table with 18 points collected from 15 games played.
