Former KCCA FC striker Simon Tshisungu Kankonde has joined Moroccan side Raja Beni Mellal.
Kankonde has been featuring for Ivorian Giants ASEC Mimosas where he spent just six months having joined them in August last year following his departure at KCCA FC.
His new side Raja Beni Mellal is a Moroccan side that currently plays in the Second division Botola 2.
Besides, KCCA FC and ASEC Mimosas Kankonde has previously played for AS Dauphin Noir de Goma, Etoile Jaune de Bukavu, Union Sportive Tshinkunku de Kananga and Academie Club de Kananga.
Raja Beni Mellal is currently on top of Botola 2 league standings with 27 points collected in 16 games they have played this term.
The club was founded in 1956 and is located in the city of Beni Mellal. Mohamed Bekkari is their head coach and host their home game games at the 15000 capacity Stade d’Honneur de Beni Mellal Stadium.
