URA FC will be seeking to bounce back to winning ways when they host Maroons FC today Saturday 15th at Nakivubo Stadium at 7:00pm.

The Tax Collectors lost their first game of the first round 2-0 to Vipers in Kitende while Maroons played to a one all draw with relegation bound Soltilo Bright Stars.

The last ten meetings between the two sides have seen Maroons win three, URA twice and the five have ended in stalemates.

The most recent meeting at Luzira ended 2-1 in favor of the Prison Warders.

With the absence of Joshua Lubwama Leti and Hudu Mulikyi, URA FC head coach Alex Isabirye believes he still has better options to help his side earn maximum points,

“We are going into a very tough encounter but we have prepared enough for it. We are missing out Joshua Lubwama and Hudu Mulikyi due to suspension but good enough we have stand-ins whom we believe will do a better job.” Isabirye said.

Maroons FC will only miss out Darius Ojok who is still injured.

Muhammad Ssenfuma also has a lot of confidence believing they can complete a double against the Tax Collectors,

“The players are in good shape, we are building on our one point from the previous encounter to collect the three from Nakivubo.”

URA FC is 5th with 24 points while the Prison Warders occupy the 7th position with 23 points.

SC Villa will host Express in the other game to be played today at 4pm at the Luzira Prisons Grounds.
