Express FC will travel to Yumbe with a weakened squad to face Total FC in the Stanbic Uganda Cup round of 32 contest on Wednesday.
Express FC head coach Badru Kaddu has suffered a quadruple injury blow ahead of the trip to Yumbe.
The Red Eagles will be without their captain Emmanuel Alex Wasswa, winger Richard Basangwa striker Sam Ssenyonjo, and defender Derrick Ngoobi due to respective injuries.
Express FC are joint record competition winners with ten trophies and beat Red Devo 1-0 to progress to the round of 32.
Total reached this stage after eliminating Arua Hill in the previous round and will be aiming to upset the Red Eagles.
Meanwhile, SC Villa will make a short trip to Gayaza to take on Mbale Heroes tormentors Simba FC in the other game on Wednesday.
Rwenzori Lions will battle with Buhimba Saints who eliminated non league side Football Classroom in the previous round.
