KCCA FC are now without a win in five league matches following their goalless stalemate with Maroons FC at Luzira on Sunday.

KCCA who won the first round meeting with a convincing 5-0 win at Lugogo were seeking a double over Maroons.

Abdallah Mubiru coached side has also found it hard to score in now three league games.

They have managed just two wins in their previous 11 league games and are now 15 points adrift of leaders NEC FC and Vipers SC. Their last win in the league was the 2-1 victory at Wakiso Giants in December last year.

The stalemate against Maroons is the seventh for the 13-time Uganda Premier league champions this term.

KCCA FC are 7th on the table with 25 points and will next host embattled Mbale Heroes on Saturday, 8th March at Lugogo.

Maroons FC are 9th with 24 points and will next visit SC Villa on 8th March in their next league game.
