FUFA Big League have parted company with Allan Kabonge who has been the club’s head coach since the start of the season, Swift Sports understands.
The Entebbe based side has endured a string of unconvincing results that has seen the club lose three of their last five Big League games.
Gaddafi currently sit second of the Big League table with 31 points, four behind leaders Buhimba Saints United who have played a game more.
Swift Sports reliably understands, Robert Mukasa has been identified as Kabonge’s direct replacement to steer the club towards promotion back to the topflight.
Kabonge was hired on account of his previous exploits that have seen him guide a number of clubs to promotion from the Big League to the Uganda Premier League.
Nicknamed “The Messiah” won the coveted topflight promotion with Masavu FC, Onduparaka FC and Paidha Black Angels.
He has been in charge of 17 Big League games, won nine times, drew four and lost the other four in the process.
Gaddafi will be starting life without Kabonge when they return to action on Sunday 30th in an away duel against Calvary FC in Midigo.
