The 2025 CAF Africa Schools Football Championship officially climaxed on Saturday, 26th April at the University of Ghana Stadium in Accra City.
St Noa Girls Zzana who represented Uganda at the event in the girls category settled for silver following their 2-0 defeat to host Ghana in the final.
St Noa will receive prize money worth $200,000 from CAF for finishing second.
Meanwhile, St Mary’s Secondary School Kitende who represented Uganda in the boys’ category suffered a 2-1 defeat to Ghana in the third place playoff game.
Henry Muhoozi scored Kitende’s only goal of the contest as they failed to clinch a prize money worth $150,000 in case they had finished third.
The President of the Republic of Ghana H.E John Mahama, CAF President Dr. Patrice Motsepe, Ghana Football Association President Kurt Okraku, CAF Executive Members, CECAFA President Wallace Karia and FUFA President Moses Hassim Magogo all attended the closing ceremony in Ghana.

– Top Scorers: John Andor (Ghana) and Ingatus Cyril Acquah Hagan (Ghana)
– Player of the Tournament: Souleymane Commissaire Faye
– Goalkeeper of the Tournament: Rajabu Manyelezi (Tanzania)
– Fair Play Team: Tanzania
