Buhimba United Saints opened a three point lead with a 2-1 win over Booma in the Bunyoro derby at Kigaaya playground on Sunday.
Eric Washington Nyonyintono and Edison Agondeze scored the two goals for Buhimba who are top of the FUFA Big League table with 45 points in 24 matches.
Blacks Power lost further ground after suffering a second consecutive defeat against Paidha Black Angels in Zombo.
Paidha smiled to a narrow 1-0 victory, thanks to Benjamin Opakrwoth sole goal from the spot.
