Following the departure of Ibrahim Tembo, Uganda Premier league side NEC FC could lose five more players in this transfer window.
Tembo confirmed his exit at the club after expiration of his contract on Monday but he could be joined by six other players.
Allan Mugalu, Kelvin Tah Barni, Rashid Okocha, Samson Kirya, Enock Ssebaggala and Joseph Dhata are all running out of contract this window.


Mugalu joined NEC FC from Arua Hill in 2023 on a two year employment contract. The offensive midfielder has also previously featured for Katooke United.
Defender Kelvin Tah Barni joined from Kyetume FC also on a two year deal.

Ssebaggala who was impressive for Hussein Mbalangu coached side in the just concluded season joined from Express FC also on a two year employment contract. He is strongly linked with a move to double champions Vipers SC.

Dhata also joined NEC FC from Express FC and is expected to leave the country for greener pastures in this window.
NEC FC will represent Uganda at next season’s CAF Confederation Cup following Vipers’ double triumph in the just concluded season.
