Uganda Cranes co-coaches Morley Byekwaso and Fred Muhumuza have trimmed the squad for the forthcoming 2024 CHAN tournament.
Vipers SC captain Milton Karisa will miss the tournament due to injury while SC Villa trio of Charles Lwanga, David Owori and Aslam Ssemakula have been dropped.
NEC FC duo of Paul Mucureezi and Jacob Okao also miss out. The others dropped include Express FC skipper Emmanuel Wasswa, KCCA FC duo of Saidi Mayanja and Mutwalib Mulogofa, Enock Walusimbi, James Begisa both of URA FC are not part of the team to enter residential training camp this week.
