Former SC Villa winger Abdallah Salim joins new UPL entrants

Former SC Villa and URA FC winger Abdallah Salim has completed a move to new league entrants Buhimba Saints United.

Salim has penned a two year contract with Buhimba Saints ahead of the transfer deadline today.

He returns to the Uganda Premier League as a free agent from Rwanda’s Musanze FC where he spent the previous season.

He joins a list of new signings at the club that also includes Sheif Batte who also spent the closing half of last season at Musanze FC.

Shafik Kiryowa, Solomon Akodi, Swadik Moro, Dudu Ramathan, Max Owachgiu, Jamil Kiyimba, Fred Nkata, Ramadhan Kato, Kisakye John Wesley, Conrad Ssenjogera, Erick Muber, David Kasaija and Hussein Mwanje are other new signings at the club.

Buhimba Saints United will be under the tutelage of former Police FC coach Angelo Lonyesi.
