Wakiso Giants and Onduparaka FC bounced back from their disappointing start of the 2025/26 season to register first wins.
Wakiso Giants who lost their opening game 3-2 to new entrants Young Elephants cruised to a 2-0 win over Kiyinda Boys on Match-Day 2 in Gayaza.
Duncan Sseninde and substitute Samuel Nsubuga scored the two goals for the Purple Sharks.
Meanwhile, Onduparaka who lost to Blacks Power in Lira on Match day 1 smiled to a narrow 1-0 win over Iganga United on Sunday at Greenlight Stadium.
Substitute Eric Junior Akol netted the all important goal in the 62nd minute of the contest.
Soltilo Bright Stars recovered from two goals down to clinch a point against CATDA FC in the other game on Sunday.
Kevin Tevin Kyeyune and Isaac Kiberu scored for CATDA while Agonda Arafat Bagala and Opio Miquel Joel scored netted for Bright Stars.
