The Finance Trust Bank FUFA Women Super League returns with six match day 3 fixtures over the weekend.
Kawempe Muslim will renew acquaintances with St. Noa Girls at the Valley in the biggest fixture of the weekend on Sunday.
Both teams come into the contest with four points having earned their first wins of the season last weekend.
Kawempe beat Olila High School 3-1 in Soroti thanks to goals from Agnes Nabukenya, Shadia Nabirye and Latifah Nakasi.
St. Noa edged Lady Doves 3-2 in a five goal thriller at Wankulukuku courtesy of goals from Patricia Nayiga, Dorcus Lwalisa and Esther Babirye.
Kawempe and St. Noa faced off in the semi finals of last season’s FUFA Women’s Cup with the former emerging victorious 3-1 on aggregate.
The other games will see defending champions Kampala Queens visit Rines SS WFC at Kabaka Kyabaggu on Sunday.
She Corporate will be hoping to bounce back to winning ways when they host Asubo Ladies at the FUFA Technical Center, Njeru.
Grief-stricken Lady Doves will be hosting Uganda Martyrs at 4pm on Saturday at the Katusabe Grounds in Masindi.
Lady Doves will be playing their first game since the unfortunate demise of their long serving CEO Scovia Angeyango who breathed her last on Sunday.
Amus College will continue their search for their maiden victory as they host She Maroons in Bukedea on Saturday.
Makerere University will entertain Olila High School at the University Grounds on Sunday morning.
