Kitara FC put up a dominant performance with a 4-0 thrashing of Lugazi on Thursday at the Royal Park in Butema, Hoima.

Patrick Henry Kaddu bagged a brace with substitutes Yunus Sibira and Gaddafi Wahab scoring the other goals for Kitara FC.

Kaddu gave the home side an early lead in the 10th minute after being fed by Isaac Amutuhairwe.

At the stroke of halftime, Kaddu doubled the Royals advantage when he converted from the spot.

In the second period, substitutes Sibira and Gaddafi completed the riot. Gaddafi emphatically scored from a direct corner kick.

Victory takes Kitara to sixth position on the Uganda Premier League table with 7 points while Lugazi is ninth on 5 points.

Kitara FC will return to action on Thursday next week when they will visit SC Villa while Lugazi FC will entertain Buhimba United Saints two days later.

Meanwhile, BUL FC and Express FC played out to a goalless stalemate at FUFA Technical Centre in Njeru but both sides had two goals cancelled by assistant referee Ronald Katenya for offside.
