FTB Women Super League: St. Noa obliterate Asubo Ladies to get successive victory

St. Noa Girls were the biggest winners of Match Day 8 of Finance Trust Bank FUFA Women Super League after beating Asubo Ladies 4-0 at Kampala Quality.

Dorcus Lwalisa Muyama scored a brace while Patricia Nayiga and Esther Babirye grabbed one apiece to ensure a comfortable win.

Lwalisa’s double came into the opening half of the game before Nayiga added on the 3rd with a ferocious strike 10 minutes into the second half.

Babirye put the icing on the cake with a tap in from Faith Nalwadda’s assist in the 84th minute of the encounter.

The victory took St Noa to 12 points in the 4th place while defeat left Asubo Ladies second from bottom with only four points from eight games played.

St. Noa have now won three games, two on a trot having defeated Olila High School 2-0 in Soroti in the previous match day.

Asubo Ladies will visit table leaders Kawempe Muslim in their subsequent league game on Saturday 29th while St. Noa will host Uganda Martyrs at Wankulukuku on the following day.
