Uganda Cranes head coach Paul Joseph Put has named the final squad that will represent the nation at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
The Belgian named youngster James Bogere who impressed on the U17 national team at the World Cup in Qatar.
Bogere scored two goals during the U17 World Cup in the Gulf with the goals coming against Canada and France.
SC Villa captain David Owori and KCCA skipper Charles Lukwago are the two players who miss out on the 28-man squad for the continental showpiece in Morocco.

Meanwhile, Uganda Cranes friendly match with Gabon that was scheduled for today has been cancelled and the team will instead have a training session before relocating to Rabat on Thursday where they will base for their Group C engagements.
Uganda will play 2004 AFCON champions Tunisia on 23rd December before facing Tanzania on the 27th of the same month. They will end their Group C campaign against three time continental champions Nigeria on 30th December.
