UPDF FC have completed the signing of striker Ivan Bogere on a three year contract.
Bogere has been a free agent since parting ways with Tanzania Premier League side Tabora United.
Bogere, who has also been training with UPDF FC, is seen a direct replacement for Samuel Ssekamatte Kayongo who left the club to join NEC FC.
He burst to the scene with Proline FC in 2019, has previously featured for SC Villa and Wakiso Giants in the UPL.
The Army side are currently involved in a relegation fight and sit 15th on the table with 12 points from 17 League games played.
The Alex Gitta coached side will face NEC FC in their subsequent match in the Stanbic Uganda Cup Round of 32 on Thursday 28th in Bombo.
