Buhimba United Saints manager Major Everest Suuta has declared the Uganda Premier League club isn’t for sale, refuting allegations that the club has been sold.
According to Suuta who is also a shared holder they are only inviting people to buy shares but remain committed to the club.
“The club has been in the media for long over allegations that we are selling it. I am here to clarify that Buhimba is not for sale, you cannot sale a community club. We are just inviting people to come and buy shares. I am a share holder and my name was being tanished by some selfish individuals who claimed that i had sold the club.” Stressed Suuta
He also confirmed that the club has terminated the employement contract od Chief Executive Officer Nyamwiza Brendah with immediate effect.
“For the CEO we suspended her for the reasons well known and later terminated her contract. She is no longer with us and the duties are well excuted by the club deputy CEO.” Said Suuta
Buhimba United Saints who suffered a 4-0 defeat to Kitara FC in the Bunyoro derby are currently 14th in the league with 16 points they have garnered in 21 games.
