Newly promoted UPL side Kigezi HomeBoyz have officially unveiled Joseph Harold Mutyaba as their new head coach.
Mutyaba will take over helms at Kigezi Homeboyz on a two year employment contract and his appointment was confirmed via the club website.
“Mutyaba Joseph Harold has been appointed Head Coach of Kigezi HomeBoyz FC on a two-year contract as we prepare for our maiden season in the Uganda Premier League.”

Mutyaba replaces Sadick Ssempigi who guided the Kigezi based entity to the Uganda Premier League, becoming the first team from the region to gain top-tier status.
Previously Mutyaba has worked with now defunct Lweza FC, Masavu FC, Soltilo Bright Stars, Onduparaka FC and Malindi SC in Zanzibar.
Kigezi HomeBoyz earned a UPL promotion after finishing fourth on the FUFA Big League table with 51 points from 30 games. They joined UPL alongside Blacks Power FC, Kataka FC and Ntugasaze FC.
