Newly Promoted Uganda Premier League side Ntugasaze FC and RealTalent have entered a partnership that they hope will change lives for both players and coaches.

The partnership will be about identifying, developing and creating genuine opportunities for the next generation of footballers.

According to Bidong Brian who serves as the Marketing and Brand Strategist at Ntugasaze, the partnership is about more than football. It’s about opening doors, building character, creating pathways and giving talented young players the opportunity to fulfil their potential on the biggest stages.

“We have signed a partnership deal with Realtalent management group based in Spain for development and transfers of our Players, the management that has transferred Allan Oyirwoth to New England, Sadat Anaku to Dundee United, Toto Majub to Atlanta United among others for trials.” Said Bidong before adding,

“Together, we will invest in player development, elite coaching, international exposure and long-term career progression. This is where ambition meets opportunity.” He added

Ntugasaze will be under the stewardship of Pius Ngabo and Dudu Bosco in during their maiden season in the Uganda Premier League.

They have already beefed up their squad with the acquistion of Jimmy Ndalambi who netted 15 FUFA Big League goals with Kiyinda Boys last term. The club has also agreed terms with Bright Vuni.
