Denis Iguma is set to make a return to the Uganda Premier League after agreeing terms with Kitara FC, Swift Sports Uganda understands.
Iguma is currently a free agent following expiration of his employment contract at Kenya’s Tusker FC.
This website has established that Iguma will sign a one year employment contract with the Hoima based side and the deal is expected to be sealed this week.
The 63-capped Ugandan international will bring experience to the Kitara FC squad that is preparing for a busy 2026/27 season.
The midfielder cum defender is a player with the ability to play anywhere on the field and having featured for Uganda Cranes, SC Villa and SC Victoria University as well as stints abroad, he takes with him a wealth of experience to Kenya.
He has previously featured for KCCA FC, SC Villa, Victoria University, Police FC and also had previous stints beyond boarders with Al-Ahed and Bekaa Club both in Lebanon as well as Kazma SC in Kuwait.
