Defender Cyrus Kibande has completed a move to BUL FC on a two year contract, Swift Sports understands.
Kibande recently left SC Villa following the expiry of his employment contract last month.
The lanky center back joined the Jogoos in the 2023/24 season and was part of the squad that won the club’s 17th league title that season.
However he has had playing time hard to come his way in the previous season due to injury and a fall in the pecking order.
Kibande played only three games for Villa last season which came against NEC FC, Police FC and Buhimba United Saints.
Kibande burst to the scene with Express FC in 2019 having been signed from Terranova Soccer Academy.
The Busembatia born defender also played for Butende Rangers FC, Busitema University and Somalia’s Heegan Sports Club.
He joins BUL FC as the club embarks on a rebuilding process following a massive departure of squad players last month.
The club lost Nicholas Mwere, Isaac Wagoina, Bakali Magumda, Fredrick Ngalo, Thomas Ochungo, Karim Ndugwa, Ibrahim Orit and Julius Barasa.
