Midfielder Derrick Mwanje has extended his employment contract with new Uganda Premier league entrants Lugazi FC.
Mwanje has put pen to paper on a two year extension that will see him stay at the club until 2026.
The midfielder has for the previous two seasons been featuring for Lugazi FC and was instrumental in their promotion to the topflight division.
“I am thrilled to extend my stay at Lugazi FC. The support from the management, my teammates, and our incredible fans has been overwhelming. I am ready to give my all and help the team achieve even greater heights.” Said Mwanje
Mwanje has previously played for IUIU in the Pepsi University Football League and also featured for Kataka FC before crossing to Lugazi FC where he has been for the last two seasons.
