Owek Robert Serwanga inspected Muteesa II Stadium Wankulukuku ahead of the Bika Byabaganda Football opener between Mamba Namakaka and Butiiko.
On Saturday 27th-April Wankulukuku will have the 2024 Bika netball final before the Football opener.
Owek.Serwanga assured Kabaka’s subjects of safety as well as confirming the entrance fees for the day,
“After this security meeting I can assure Kabaka’s subjects that we are very set the security for the day will be very tight and on Saturday 27th-April by 8:00am the gates will be open.”

“The entrance fee is 10000/= and it will be free entrance for the kids, those in Secondary will only need to provide their schools identity cards to watch the games.”
“The best performers in netball will have rewarded before the football opener.”
The minister further requested the clans yet to register to use the remaining days,
“I argue the clans that are yet to register to use these remaining days to do so you can not tell us about the scarcity of players many were registered from the Buganda Schools Sports Competitions and the Gombolola tournaments make very good use of them.”
Hajji Sulaiman Magala the chairman Bika Byabaganda called upon football and netball lovers within Buganda to storm Wankulukuku for the historical opener as we celebrate the 50 years ,
“As we celebrate the 50 years of the Bika Byabaganda Football and Netball tournaments I can assure you that we are done with the preparations let’s storm Wankulukuku in large numbers I can also assure you that you will be very safe as you watch the game.”
Ngoonge the are football defending champions they defeated Mbogo 2-0 in the previous edition while Ngeye are the 2023 netball champions.
