CHAN: StarTimes Uganda Premier League Stars continue to shine

Uganda is part of the 18 nations that are taking part in the CHAN tournament in Algeria, a tournament where only home-based players are eligible to participate. Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic selected all the 23 players from team in the StarTimes Uganda premier League.

Uganda was drawn in Group B (termed as group of death by many) together with DR Congo, Senegal and Cote D’Ivoire but the mighty Cranes are yet to concede a goal in the opening two games played against DR Congo and the favorites Senegal.

Uganda Cranes, now Group B table leaders return to action on Sunday at 10PM (EAT) Against bottom side Cote D’Ivoire in a game where the boys only need to avoid defeat to progress to quarter final for the first time.
