Juma Ssebadduka reveals reason behind UPDF switch

UPDF FC’s newest recruit Juma Ssebaduka says playing under coach Steven Bogere was the main attraction upon deciding to join the club.

Ssebaduka joined the army side as a free agent following expiration of his employment contract at Bright Stars.

“We have had talks with coach Bogere on how he wants to play. He is a brilliant coach who likes attractive football and I can’t wait to play for him once the new season starts.”

The midfielder is also confident that he will be able to help his new club stay in the topflight and also compete favourably next season

“I know the major target of the club is to maintain topflight status and I am very confident that we s be able to meet our target next season.”

Personally, I also have to improve myself to bring it to another level, so that to help the club.” Stated the Ssebaduka

Ssebaduka is a former player at Al Rabbita FC and Kator FC both of South Sudan and Express FC.

He was also part of the 2014 Gomba triumphant team in the Airtel Masaza Cup.

The army side also completed the signings of Tony Kyamera, Gadaffi Gadinho, Juma Ssebaduka, John Ssemazzi, Andrew Waiswa, James Begesa, Ronnie Kisekka, Simon Mbaziira and Ibrahim Wammanah.
