Offensive midfielder Ibrahim Mugulusi and defender Aggrey Madoi have been confirmed as new signings at BUL FC.
Mugulusi who crossed from neighbors Busoga United has vowed not to disappoint Arthur Kyesimira who convinced him to join the Jinja based side.
“I promise not to disappoint the coach who I believe signed me because of the potential he discovered in me”
He also affirms that he is not at BUL to only make up the squad but also be a big member of the team .

He added.
He has previously played for SC Villa, Edgar Youth Academy and Kampala University.
Last season BUL FC finished 6th with 36 points from 25 games under the stewardship of Arthur Kyesimira when the Uganda Premier League was called off due to the pandemic.
