New Venue for URA FC Vs KCCA FC as UPL Secretariat makes fixture adjustments

The Uganda Premier league Secretariat has made fixture adjustments for three matches.

According to the Secretariat, the fixture between URA FC and KCCA FC that was scheduled for 10th May has been moved to 11th. This is because 10th May has been declared a public day for the national population and housing census.

“The Uganda Bureau of Statistics, 10th May 2024 shall be the national population and housing census public holiday. Accordingly, the UPL Secretariat has rescheduled the URA FC Vs KCCA FC SUPL match.” Read a statement from the UPL Secretariat

The game will now be played on the 11th at Muteesa II Stadium since on the same day Wakiso who share Kabaka Kyabaggu as the host venue will also have a league game.

KCCA FC came from behind to beat the tax collectors 3-2 in the first round meeting that was held at Philip Omondi Stadium in Wankulukuku.

UPL has also confirmed the 13th May as the new date for the postponed fixture between Express and NEC FC while the game between Gaddafi FC and Express FC will be played on 15th May, 2024.
