Kirinya Jinja SS Fc suffered a 1-0 defeat to Soana in the league encounter at Kyabazinga Stadium Bugembe, thanks to an Allan Kayiwa goal.
The visitors broke the deadlock early on in the 6th minute of the first stanza when Allan Kayiwa tapped in off a Baker Buyala corner.
Being a goal down the home side started looking for the equaliser to level the score but couldn’t find away through, thus the first half ending 1-0.

In the second half Charles Ayiekoh’s men started strongly and had various chances to level matters with both Musa Esenu and Ibrahim Kayiwa guilty of missing golden opportunities.
The defeat today means that Kirinya Jinja SS has lost at home for the first time this season and remain in 8th position on 11 points whereas Soana moves from the drop zone to 12th on 9 points
