During his unveiling, newly appointed Cranes coach Micho Sredejovic has also named his technical team with whom he is going start serving for his second tenure as Cranes head coach.
Micho who left Uganda four years ago has signed a three year contract and assigned a target of leading Uganda to the FIFA World cup 2026.

“I return to Uganda an improved coach and hope we shall do better as a country.
Micho confirmed former Mbarara city coach Livingston Charles Mbabazi as his assistant and Fred Kajoba as the goalkeepers coach.
It has also been confirmed that all coaches attached to the national team will not be allowed to coach any team in Uganda.
In respect to that directive, Mbabazi’s assumed move to newly promoted premier league side Arua Hill remains in balance.
The technical team will be joined by Ivan Sewanyana as the physiotherapist and Geoffrey Massa as the team manager.
