Vipers Sports Club has loaned four players to new Uganda Premier League side Gaddafi FC.

The four include experienced striker striker Brian Kalumba, holding midfielder Ibrahim Tembo, right back Emmanuel Munoobi and Sula Mpanga.

The two sides have agreed that the players will play for Gaddafi for the entire upcoming season.

Last season, the four time Uganda Premier League side loaned Tembo and Kalumba to UPDF FC and they had a successful spell with Kalumba scoring over seven goals for the army side.

URA FC and KCCA FC were both interested in signing youngster Munoobi at the start of the 2019/20 season.

Munoobi was a key pillar for St.Mary’s Kitende during their 2019 Copa Coca-Cola and the Federation of East Africa Secondary School Sports Association (FEASSSA) triumphs. He also featured for Kyaggwe Ssaza Team at the 2019 Masaza Cup tournament.

The transfer window in Uganda will officially end today and the new Uganda Premier League champion is scheduled to kick off on 15th October.
